With a cash bar, all drinks are paid for by the guest individually. Bartenders are required at a charge of $48.00 for the first hour's service and and $18.75/ hr. hour for each additional hour unless the sales revenue minimums are met (below).
Generally, one bartender per 100 persons will assure ample service at all banquet bars. The bartender fee is waived if drink sales exceed $150 per bartender for the first hour and $75.00 per bartender for additional hours.

With an open bar, all drinks are paid for by the party host on one check. The host is charged only for the liquor consumed. Bartender requirements are as stated above. A 17% gratuity will be added to the check and 7.75% sales tax if applicable.
