The Capitol Grille hours of operation during spring and fall semesters are:
- Monday-Thursday: 11:00 am - 2:00 and 6:00 pm - Midnight
- Friday/Saturday/Sunday : 6:00 pm - Midnight
The Capitol Grille in Founders Hall cafe is a cashless operation.
- Food in the Founders Hall Capitol Grille can only be purchased with the use of a meal or Campus Cash plan via your i-card.
