Health Services Research Assistant II

Job Description: Do data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, graphs, accounting records and reports Much of the information is confidential.). Enter immunization data. Participate in the development of health education projects including the creation of flyers and posters. General reception duties such as making appointments, answering the telephone and directing calls appropriately, providing information about the campus and health services. Advise students of current immunization requirements and review immunization records for accuracy.

Qualifications: Extensive knowledge of computers. Expertise in MS Office software required. Able to type, file and do data entry. Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to organize complex information. A high degree of interpersonal skills is required. 

Web Page Manager/Para-professional Systems Maintenance

Job Description:     Design and maintenance of existing CHS web page. Also works with spreadsheets and developers graphs from data provided.

Qualifications:      Competence in HTML is required, as is experience with Excel. Front Page and other Microsoft office products. Creativity is essential.

All students who work for Health Services must have a TB test.
A student on Federal Work study is preferred.
