Chancellor Ringeisen, Provost Cheney, and the UIS community welcome new faculty!

During the annual fall faculty-staff convocation on Tuesday, August 19, 2003, Chancellor Ringeisen delivered his state of the university address. Provost Cheney, college deans, and division heads introduced new faculty and staff. The chancellor and provost greeted students on the following evening.
