The Office of Building Maintenance performs both building maintenance and minor remodeling. All requests for work orders, routine maintenance and repairs should route through our work order system. All requests for remodeling are to be coordinated through their department head or dean in the specific department making the request.
The work order system is found at login.schooldude.com. First time users will need to register at myschoolbuilding.com with our Organization Account Number. You will need to phone 217-206-6530 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for complete directions on registering. If you have any additional questions regarding your login information or any other, please feel free to phone or email.
Should any request arise after normal business hours, contact the Campus Police at 217-206-6690 (non-emergency) or 217-206-2777 (emergency).
Regular Maintenance and Repair Requests
Regular building maintenance is expected and required on all campus buildings. In an effort to maintain all needs, we provide routine repairs and updates. All requests for work orders, routine maintenance and repairs should route through our work order system. Submit work order requests for buildings through login.schooldude.com.
Maintenance or repairs that require immediate attention need to be phoned in to the Facilities & Services office at 217-206-6530 and a work order submitted through login.schooldude.com.
Remodels and Renovations
All requests for normal remodeling or extensive upgrades are considered to be beyond regular maintenance. These requests need to be coordinated through the department head or dean and routed through the Executive Director of Facilities and Services at 217-206-6730.
