Facilities Scheduling and Services consists of Classroom Scheduling, Conference Services, Campus Movers and Campus Recycling.

• Classroom Scheduling: responsible for the Campus Master Calendar as well as scheduling all classroom spaces.

• Conference Services: manages the UIS Conference Center, providing and coordinating services needed for each event in the conference center, including event management services.

• Campus Movers: performs all campus moves. Equipment moves must be through FABweb.

• Campus Recycling: responsible for all the recycling on campus.
