ESL Classes are listed in the course schedule and catalog under the subject Modern Languages.

For UIS students, courses offered during the year are taken along with general education courses. University advisors and the ESL Program will work with students to create a schedule that suits their individual needs and interests. UIS students may elect or be advised to take one or more classes.

Non-UIS students may also enroll in our ESL courses. Because our program is not an intensive English program, we are unable to offer visas for non-degree seeking students.
