Admission
Thank you for choosing the Intensive English Program at UIS! We are excited to work with you to help you meet your goals.
The application process is as easy as 1-2-3:
- Apply online or download an application form (if you wish to submit by email, please sent to admissions@uis.edu - do not fill in the credit card information)
- Pay the application fee (if you wish to pay by credit card, please call the Office of Admission at 217-206-4847)
After you submit the application, we will know if you are applying only to the IEP or if you have been accepted or are applying to a degree program. Students who are conditionally accepted to the university begin in the IEP.
Once you have been accepted, we will Express Mail you a welcome packet with your admission letter, I-20, and important information about applying for a visa and arriving in Springfield.
