The Principalship certification is mandatory for teachers and other educators interested in moving into administrative positions in Illinois public schools.
The Type 75 Principalship certification program is a UIS Blended Curriculum. That means that 50 percent of the program will be offered online. All on-ground classes will meet in the evenings at the UIS Campus or Illinois College in Jacksonville.
