The Superintendent's Endorsement Cohort such as the one currently offered in Troy, Illinois, offers a carefully planned set of experiences designed to develop the knowledge, skills, dispositions, and competencies needed by educational leaders at local and state levels. 36 credit hours of graduate courses lead to a Post-Master’s Certificate/Superintendent’s Endorsement.
