Dr. Noe has served as EDL faculty as well as associate chancellor at UIS. She recently announced her appointment as dean at Southeast Missouri State University. Dr. Scott Day, chair of the Department of Educational Leadership at UIS, was joined by other faculty and staff to honor Dr. Noe.
