Scholarship funds available to students throughout the university

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to add your support to scholarships at UIS. We have scholarships here that target students within a college and other scholarships that target students with specific departments.

We have many scholarship funds, however, that are not linked to a certain department or program. When you give to these scholarships, your gift could support a student anywhere within UIS.

Below you will find one general scholarship. For your convenience, we have grouped the rest of these scholarships as much as we could under some of the criteria for selection that the principle donors have chosen.

Springfield Area Chapter of the State Universities Annuitants Association Scholarship Donate

Though known primarily for its work with retirees, retirement benefits and employee pensions, the Springfield Area Chapter of the State Universities Annuitants Association has been investing in future generations at UIS since 1998. The Springfield Area Chapter of State Universities Annuitants Association Scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student in good academic standing. Applicant must also be a U.S. citizen.
