To make good decisions, people need more than information. They need insight. And they need insight not just from one source but from a variety of sources.
What better way to make this happen than to bring together scholars and experts on a problem of concern to Illinois and then have them meet with policy makers and interested citizens to share their knowledge, answer questions, and discuss implications?
