A Vital Conduit of Information
The Center for State Policy and Leadership works to improve the policy making process and how state government performs.
- We do this first by providing information.
- Before a policy becomes law, we inform the people making the decisions about it.
- Later, as the law is being implemented, we inform state agencies about how well programs are work for clients.
- We also inform citizens so they can actively and intelligently express their concerns and views to government officials.

The Difference Your Gifts Will Make
- Your gifts will also allow greater outreach through enhanced print, broadcast and web services, including publication of research in progress through an occasional papers series.
- Your gifts to our endowment fund will ensure that our multidisciplinary faculty and staff participate in national scholarly and professional conferences and in forums where ground-breaking ideas and research are exchanged and examined.
