The UIS/WSEC Ambassador SeriesUIS and WSEC are reviving a Springfield tradition: The Ambassador Series.
This series brings ambassadors from around the world to Springfield. Each dignitary makes a lunch presentation and a spirited question-and-answer period follows.
Ambassadors come to Springfield for the opportunity of speaking with Springfield’s business and community leaders. During their presentations, the ambassadors will share business, economic, and political insights.
WSEC TV will film all programs for broadcast on its network and for other PBS stations.
His Excellency Michael Collins from Ireland, originally scheduled for this date, has had to change his plans. He will now be coming on February 3. Plans are underway for another ambassador to come--stay posted for this ambassador's name.
