In honor of Bob’s retirement, the Political Studies Department established the Bob Sipe Scholarship, an annual award based on merit and financial need that will honor both Bob and an outstanding student in the department. This fund will further the message for which Bob dedicated his life, the chance for everyone, including those with financial limitations, to learn and engage themselves at UIS. |
