Sarah B Towery Scholarship Fund

The Sarah B. Towery Scholarship was established in 1999 in memory of a UIS student killed by a drunk driver.  At the time of her death, she needed just a few more classes to complete her degree in business, with an international relations minor.  Her family and friends created this scholarship as a living memorial in order to help part-time students do what Sara did not have a chance to do:  complete their degrees.
