On Friday, over
250 faculty and staff celebrated the Leap Year by attending the
UIS Faculty Staff Campaign Kickoff. At the Kickoff, they

met the Cat in the Hat and Thing 1,
·
enjoyed Seuss-a-full food,
·
put their name in the hat for some great door
prizes
·
had a great chance to see what co-workers were
doing around campus.
The event kicked
off the 2008 Faculty and Staff Campaign, a month-long drive to
build interest in giving to university programs.

Travel expenses for students working with the
