The CTL test proctoring service is for make-up and online course tests only. CTL test hours are listed below excluding holidays and breaks.
Please coordinate with the CTL staff to ensure that our four testing rooms will be able to service your needs for the number of students you have taking the same test during the scheduled days of the test.
Students must allow themselves the allotted time to take the exam within our testing hours.
Faculty members are responsible for delivering tests to the CTL at least 24 hours prior to the test date. To insure the secure handling of the tests, faculty members should use a sealed envelope marked confidential.
Faculty members are responsible for communicating the following student behavioral guidelines.
While testing, if evidence is found or an observation has been made in regards to cheating, testing will be immediately stopped and all materials confiscated. Testing staff will notify the instructor at the time of the incident. Thereafter, decisions regarding further action, associated with cheating, will be deferred to the instructor.
Behaviors, during testing, that will involve the student’s dismissal from the CTL testing center:
Student's will be disciplined according to the University’s Student Disciplinary Code.
The CTL does not have the ability or capacity to evaluate individual cases, in regards to test anxiety, English comprehension, or diagnosing disabilities.
The CTL does not have the ability or capacity to administer a test to an entire class.
