Conference Services
Conference Services is a community outreach service of the University of Illinois at Springfield. Each year, we provide coordination and event management for approximately 800 events on campus that are not related to our academic programs. Our fully-equipped conference center includes spaces for meetings, seminars, lectures and the like. We also provide an array of related services such as food service, audio-visual equipment, and printing. The Conference Center includes 6 conference rooms, a restaurant and Brookens Auditorium. Ample parking is available to conference visitors in Parking Lot D. The conference center is fully accessible to the physically impaired. Our experienced staff will assist you in designing and delivering a program to fit the specific needs of your organization. To request space, please contact us as early as possible to ensure availability of both space and services.
