Astronomy - Physics Professor named University Scholar
Assistant Professor John Martin of the Astronomy - Physics program was recently named the 2011 University Scholar! The
University Scholars Program makes this award annually to an outstanding member of faculty who is viewed as an emerging scholar in his or her field of study.
Professor Martin, who has also received grant funding from the National Science Foundation, studies supernova imposters such as Eta Carinae. Please visit the Astronomy-Physics website to learn more about Professor Martin and the ASP program.
