Community Service 
In November 2011 we held a community service project for the Contact Ministries group. Stacey, our director, toured the facility and worked with them on ways to creatively set up and use their play space for children of the single Moms who are attending class or seeking employment opportunities. Contact Ministries were in desperate need of certain items (bouncy seats, boppy pillows, pack and plays, swings, changing table, books, etc). Our center collected money to help purchase some of these items for them. We also collected "gently used items” that they could benefit from as well. 
This was a great opportunity to help others in need during this time of year. Many of the Pre-K kids really got excited about helping. A few donated their own money and all of them were very willing to help with loading the items in to the van.
