Register for Services

To receive access to the Career Development Center’s services and resources, you must first register with the UIS Career Development Center. Select the appropriate category to learn more about your specific registration instructions.

UIS Students
UIS Alumni
UIS Faculty and Staff (View job postings only - no fee)
UIS Faculty and Staff (general services)
Community
Mentor (View job postings only - no fee)

Registration Steps for UIS Students:

- Go to UIS-Success uissuccess_login.html
- Select the student/alumni category
- Establish a username and password of your choice
- Complete profile information including UIN # (university ID #)
- Indicate if you wish to receive passwords to additional online career systems
- Read and indicate in the appropriate box that you have read and accepted the AGREEMENT form
- Indicate if you would like Employers to search your default resume (when
uploaded)
- Click submit
- An email will be sent to you indicating approved or disapproved within one business day

- Select the student/alumni category
- Establish a username and password of your choice

- Contact the Career Development Center at 206-6508 and request to register for general services
- Pay fee
- Indicate if you wish to receive passwords for additional online career systems
- CDC staff member will complete registration process and provide you with a username and password

- Select the mentor category
- Establish a username and password of your choice
- Complete profile information
- Indicate Max # of times you wish to be contacted per month
- Indicate Mentoring Activities Interested In
- Click submit
- An email will be sent to you indicating approved or disapproved within one business day
- Becoming a mentor will also allow you to view current job postings
