Foot in the Door Fair

The next Foot in the Door Fair will be held on Friday, August 31, 2017 – Registration is now open.

The 2017 Foot in the Door (FITD) Fair will be held on Thursday, August 31st from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. on the UIS campus.  The Foot in the Door Fair is intended to bring students and employers/organizations together at an informal fair to discuss a variety of career opportunities with a focus on part-time jobs, internships, and volunteer opportunities.

Career Connections Expo

2017 Career Connections Expo (formerly Springfield Collegiate Career Fair) took place Thursday, February 16, 2017.

The 2017 Career Connections Expo was held on Thursday, February 16, 2017 in the Recreation and Athletic Center (TRAC) on the UIS campus (2171 University Dr. Springfield, IL 62703) from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm.

The Expo is an annual event hosted by the career development offices of the University of Illinois Springfield and Lincoln Land Community College. The event takes place in February on the UIS campus.  It is a great way to connect students, alumni, and community job seekers with employers who are looking for candidates for jobs, internships, volunteer opportunities, and future connections.
