The 2013 Springfield Collegiate Career Fair will be a huge event, but we can’t make it happen without our sponsors. Sponsorships are a great way to help your organization to stand out from the crowd at the fair. You’ll also receive some specialized services from the Career Development Centers. We offer several levels of sponsorship to fit everyone’s needs.

Gold Sponsorship: $250

• Limited to 3 exhibitors
• Premier table placement – first choice of table area
• Included on all external marketing materials
• Included in internal marketing materials
• Listed as sponsor of employer hospitality
• Half page ad in career fair program
• Organization name displayed on banners and electronic media at event
• Organization name displayed on score board at event
• Electronic Ad for 2 months in UIS CareerConnect – Employer Chooses Months** (Up to 3300 views per month)
• Invitation to participate in pre-fair events such as resume blitz, workshops, and host information sessions on campus during the week prior to the Career Fair
• Opportunity to provide marketing materials and giveaways at student and employer hospitality areas
• Disc copy of active job search resumes from UIS Career Connect

Silver Sponsorship: $150

• Limited to 6 exhibitors
• Premier table placement – first choice of table area
• Included in internal marketing materials
• Listed as sponsor of employer hospitality
• Quarter page ad in career fair program
• Electronic Ad for 1 month in UIS CareerConnect – Employer Chooses Month** (Up to 3300 views per month)
• Disc copy of active job search resumes from UIS CareerConnect

Bronze Sponsorshop: $75

• Preferred table placement – first choice of table area
• Listed as sponsor of employer hospitality room
• Free business card sized ad (3 ½” x 2”) in career fair program

Becoming a Sponsor

To become a sponsor, simply register for the 2013 Springfield Collegiate Career Fair through UIS CareerConnect. Sponsorship registration is available through the online registration form.

If you have already registered, contact Doug Brackney, in the UIS Career Development Centerto request sponsorship and make payment arrangements.

Sponsorship reservation and payment due by December 14th, 5:00 p.m.
