On behalf of the Capital Scholars Honors Program at the University of Illinois Springfield, I want to thank those of you who attended the Eighth Annual Provost’s Pulitzer Essay Contest on March 23rd, 2013. The essays were all very good and the judges had to make some difficult choices, but they have made their selections.
