Getting Started Package $55

For those new to personal training, we recommend the Getting Started Package. This package includes a Complete Fitness Assessment and two 1-hour Personal Training Sessions. The Fitness Assessment will identify your areas of need. The two Personal Training sessions will be used to design and teach you how to get the most from your exercise program.

One-on-one individual training – 1 hour sessions

One-on-one assistance in designing and implementing an optimal exercise program tailored to meet fitness goals of the individual. These sessions are designed to motivate, maximize exercise benefits, prevent potential overuse injuries, and to promote lifelong healthy behavior changes.

One-on-one individual training – 30 minute sessions

One-on-one assistance in designing and implementing an optimal exercise program tailored to meet fitness goals of the individual. These sessions are designed for those on a time crunch. They motivate, maximize exercise benefits, prevent potential overuse injuries, and to promote lifelong healthy behavior changes.

Buddy training – 1 hour sessions

One-on-two meeting with a personal trainer that offers individuals an opportunity to workout with co-workers, spouses, roommates, or any other buddy. A personal trainer will assist in developing a fitness program specifically designed to meet your goals and interests. Prices are for two people.
