Career Plans: Work for Archer Daniels Midland (ADM)

The University of Illinois Springfield feels like home to Caitlyn Clausen. After four years at UIS, she doesn’t want to leave. However, thanks to her UIS education, leadership, and internship opportunities she has a full-time job waiting for her at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) after graduation. Clausen regularly tutors and mentors freshmen students in the Capital Scholars Honors Program at UIS. She also volunteers with the Alternative Spring Break group and helps out in the Springfield community.
