University Hall houses 32 classrooms, 193 offices, five conference rooms, two lecture halls, four seminar rooms, five computer labs, eight psychology and computer science labs, and four student lounges. The building cost $31.3 million and comprises 128,000 gross-square-feet. In association with the construction of University Hall, a quadrangle was landscaped to the east of the new building. Future campus buildings will be situated around the new "quad."
