September 2011-Andrew Nicol
Andrew Nicol traveled to Kenya this summer as part of a team sponsored by Jump for Joel and Christian Student Fellowship. Andrew earned Applied Study Term credit improving his Swahili, studying Kenyan culture, and working at Gathiga Children’s Hope Home. Andrew was surprised on August 25 with an award which supports student service travel. The UTG, Inc., Student Service Travel Award is given with the intent to further service abroad in disadvantaged countries.
