Donald Morris, Ph.D., CPA, CFE, CFP, associate professor of accountancy, has 18 years of practice as a Certified Public Accountant and extensive teaching experience.

For ten years he managed his own accounting practice in the Chicago area dealing with an eclectic clientele of entrepreneurs. He holds a Masters of Taxation from De Paul University and a Ph.D. in philosophy from Southern Illinois University.

His teaching interests include financial and tax accounting, as well as business ethics. He is co-author of the 2006 Accounting Desk Book (CCH) and author of a recently released book Opportunity: Optimizing Life’s Chances (Prometheus).
