Grievance Policies and Procedures
Complaints of Discrimination or Harassment
Members of the staff who believe they have been discriminated against or harassed by a University employee and who are unable to reach a satisfactory informal resolution of the matter can use the appropriate grievance procedures for claims of discrimination. The procedures for complaints and grievances alleging discrimination or harassment by reason of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, unfavorable discharge from the military, or status as a disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era can be obtained by contacting the Office of the Associate Chancellor for Access and Equal Opportunity (6-6222).
