Conference Services

Conference Services is a unit within the Chancellor's Division. It is an outreach arm and a central place of contact, scheduling, event management, and coordination for non-credit activities on the campus and student life activities in the conference center.

Other services include:

  • managing all aspects of conferences, seminars, workshops, institutes, and meetings from initial planning to post-delivery evaluation;
  • assisting in the development of public service activities and special events;
  • assisting faculty in hosting their professional associations on-campus; and
  • working closely with student activity leaders and their advisers to ensure high-quality support services for student-sponsored events held in the conference center.
