Central Scheduling is responsible for scheduling classrooms, classroom laboratories, meeting rooms, athletic space, and outdoor facilities. Campus courses have priority, but academic and non-academic events can be scheduled when facilities are available. Assignments are determined by campus policy and apply to faculty, staff, students, and non-University groups.
Requests for academic course scheduling and rooms are submitted to the provost through departmental and deans’ offices. For the Facilities Use Policies see the Appendices of this handbook.
