Mail Service

The Campus Mail Center handles campus mail related to the official business of the University. Official University business is defined as being essential to the activities of the institution. Thus, the campus mail system, as part of the University's facilities, is a restricted service. It is not available for the personal use of University employees or for personal use, private gain, or use by non-University groups for the advertisement of programs or political endorsements not sponsored by the University.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is used for sending most letter mail, and United Parcel Service (UPS) is used for shipping most packages.

The format and mailing address for receiving mail and packages is:

Name
Department
University of Illinois at Springfield
One University Plaza, MS XXXX
Springfield, IL 62703-5407

Campus Services/Mail Services is located in the Business Services Building, Room 114.

Visit the Campus Services website for more information about services, mail procedures, and forms.

A USPS mail box is located inside the teardrop entrance of the Public Affairs Center (PAC).
