Food Service
The University Food Service offers dining services to the university community at the following locations:
- The Food Emporium is the main food service area with a grill, pizzeria, deli, hot food line, salad bar, fountain beverages and a grab-n-go convenience item area.
- Capitol Grille in Founders Hall offers hot and cold sandwiches, pizza, a wide variety of side dishes and an extensive selection of beverages. The Capitol Grille is a cashless operating; purchases can be made with your i-card.
- Capitol Perks, located in the lobby of Sangamon Auditorium, offers smoothies, gourmet coffees and other treats.
- Mary Jane's Cafe in the lower level of Brookens Library offers a broad array of espressos and specialty drinks, as well as delicious baked goods, fresh salads, and a variety of freshly made soups.
- Catering services are also available to the university community offering beverages, receptions, buffets or multi-course meals. A certified Executive Chef is on staff to satisfy even the most discriminating palate.

Other Food and Beverage Vendors
- Vending machines are available at various locations on campus. A wide selection of beverages and snack items are available.
- A Snack Bar is located in the Stars Lounge in the Student Life Building. Students offer an assortment of beverages and food items for sale, including pizza, popcorn, nachos, and candy bars.
