Building Maintenance
Building Maintenance performs both maintenance and minor remodeling. All work orders and requests for routine maintenance or repairs should be directed to Building Maintenance. In the event of an emergency after normal business hours, the Campus Police should be contacted (6-6690). All requests for remodeling should be coordinated through the appropriate department/program head or dean.
Building Services
Building Services is responsible for managing custodial services and facilities scheduling services for classrooms, labs, and internal conference spaces.

University Property Accounting and Reporting
OBFS, University Property Accounting and Reporting (UPAR) assists units in fulfilling their property accounting responsibilities. Units are to record their new acquisitions in Banner Fixed Asset using the FABweb data entry system and affix property tags. Banner Fixed Asset is used for University financial reporting, conducting the biennial physical inventory of equipment, and for tracking location and ownership of individual pieces of equipment.
UPAR staff also process requests for moving equipment and forwarding the request to Building Services for removal, act as a clearinghouse for furniture or equipment available on campus, answer questions about equipment value or purchase date; and answer questions about state and university regulations and operating procedures that pertain to property accounting matters.
