UNIVERSITY COURSES

In addition to regular disciplinary courses, UIS offers a variety of university (UNI) courses. UNI courses provide specialized knowledge and skills in academic areas that augment the established components of the UIS curriculum.

An example is library research (UNI 401).

Additional UNI courses, with descriptions, are published in the course schedule each semester.

You should be aware that credit earned in some UNI courses does not count toward degree requirements.
