This committee’s initial meeting must be scheduled by October 26, 2010. Beginningmid-January 2011, the committee begins individually reviewing promotion applications and the personnel files of the applicants. The committee then schedules a series of meetings to deliberate regarding each candidate (this may involve up to 2-3 hour deliberations per applicant). The committee is responsible for providing a recommendation to the Provost/Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs by February 15, 2011.
