The Ticket Office is located in the Auditorium
Lobby on Level 2 of the Public Affairs Center on the campus of
the University of Illinois at Springfield.
Office hours are Monday through Friday,
10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

must present your credit card when picking up tickets charged
by mail or phone.

Programs and dates are subject to change.
No refunds or exchanges between events.
Ticket exchanges are allowed within the same show
or run of shows. There
is a one dollar charge per exchanged ticket; patrons are responsible
for any difference between the time and/or zone pricing. However,
there are no refunds for the price difference. Ticket exchanges
must be done in person at the Ticket Office. The tickets
previously purchased must be returned at the time of exchange.
All convenience and handling fees are non-refundable. In the case of a show cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

Patron Privacy Statement - Illinois Symphony Orchestra & UIS
Please note that when you purchase subscription or individual tickets to attend an Illinois Symphony Orchestra (ISO) or Illinois Chamber Orchestra concert through the UIS Ticket Office, UIS will share your name, contact information, and seating information with the ISO. This will enable the ISO to contact you directly about information including but not limited to future concerts and other organizational efforts, including fundraising solicitation. UIS will not share patron payment information such as credit card account numbers with the ISO.
