An Evening with Garrison Keillor - NEW DATE

Garrison Keillor, the host and writer of “A Prairie Home Companion” and “The Writer's Almanac,” is returning to Sangamon Auditorium as the 2009-2010 season opener. He is heard on public radio stations across the country and the author of more than a dozen books, including “Lake Wobegon Days,” “The Book of Guys,” and “Love Me.” 

Ticket Information

Patrons who purchased tickets for the September 21 appearance will be granted the same seats as previously purchased and new tickets for the Monday, February 15, 2010 date will be issued to them in early December. Patrons who purchased tickets for September 21 and are unable to attend the rescheduled performance have until Wednesday, November 25 to request a refund. Telephone and Internet processing fees cannot be refunded. Tickets for the an “Evening with Garrison Keillor,” February 15, 2010, 7:30 p.m. are on sale now.

The pre-show dinner sponsored by the UIS Alumni SAGE Society and Friends of Sangamon Auditorium has also been rescheduled for February 15, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. Seats still available! Learn more here!
